• Add any items that you would like to purchase to your personal shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" link located beside each product.
• You may add as many items as you like to your personal shopping cart.
• If you would like to modify the quantity of any item contained within your shopping cart, enter a new amount in the quantity field and click update.
• Click "Refresh list" to ensure that you are viewing the correct items and quantities.
• If you would like to remove any items from your shopping cart, click the "Remove item" Button located to the left of each product, or click "Remove all items" to start again.
• When you are ready to order click "Checkout".

Step 2 - Verify Your Personal Shopping Cart

• You will be asked to verify that the information in your Personal Shopping Cart is correct. If there are any changes that you would like to make to your shopping cart click Back in your browser window and make them. Otherwise click "Continue".

Step 3 - Your Personal and Billing Information

• You will be asked to enter your Name, E-mail, and Street Address so that we can contact you regarding your order. Be sure to fill in all fields marked with an Asterisk. All fields marked with an Asterisk are required to continue with your order.

Step 4 - Verify Your Personal / Billing Information and requested order

• You will be asked to verify that your Personal / Billing Information is correct, If there are any changes that you would like to make to these settings, click Back in your browser window and make them. You will also see a list of the items that you have requested for order, the cost of each item (multiplied by quantity), and a Subtotal in Canadian Dollars. Once you are satisfied that all of the information is correct, click "Submit Order".

Step 5 - Completed Order

• After clicking the "Submit Order" button you will receive an e-mail containing your Order Request ID number, save this number, it may be required to confirm or cancel your order.
• You will receive another e-mail within 24 business hours, containing your total cost in Canadian Dollars - including taxes (where applicable), shipping charges and payment instructions.
