How do I take advantage of your Free Shipping Offer?
If your order is shipping within Canada and the total comes to $39.00 or more (after any coupons or discounts and before taxes), then we will notify you that your order qualifies for the free shipping offer at the time of payment. Orders eligible for Free Shipping are sent via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service, which averages 3-9 days for delivery.
Terms and Conditions:
- Cancelling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
- Offer applies only to orders of $39 or more in merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional coupons and CARC discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.
- Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the item ordered.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
In Stock usually ships within 24 hours of being processed and paid. Note this is an estimate only. This means we will ship the product once we are sure that the stock is available and we have processed your order. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected for your order.
On Order usually ships in 24 weeks. These items are usually special-order items as they are not currently in-stock. We expect new stock to arrive in 2-4 weeks. Out Of Stock usually ships in 4-8 weeks. These items are currently out of stock and needs to be ordered. The items will be processed and shipped when available.
