Tell a child and they forget, teach them and they remember, involve them and they will learn. Children must be taught how to think, not what to think in order to succeed.

With comic and graphic novels the images give an overview of the story; which encourages even the most reluctant reader to read the entire story.  When looking at the images you can get a sense immediately of what is happening.  The language and the images work together to create the story.  Letting a child read something that is familiar and fun (alongside work that is supportive and challenging) will reaffirm that they are a good reader and that books are fun.

It's the little things that matter most! Give the gift they can open again and again. Encourage young minds with stimulating characters and stories that they can relate to.  

All great dream begins with a dreamer. Ensure that our children are provided with the tools to motivate, inspire and empower them as they reach for the stars.
